Shêto-lênê Fêqê (/ˈʃɘto/ /ˈlɘnɘ/ [strong; tough; robust] [witness]) is a subtropical Town located in the Lêtdêsara Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Shêto-lênê Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Shêto-lênê Fêqê was founded by Zeshêrê Trêbe, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Shêto-lênê Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 23°C (73°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a pleasant 25°C (77°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 22°C (71°F). Shêto-lênê Fêqê receives an average of 245 cm/y (96 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Shêto-lênê Fêqê covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 4748 m (15577 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Shêto-lênê Fêqê was founded durring the early 15th century in spring of the year 1401, by Zeshêrê Trêbe. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Shêto-lênê Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Shêto-lênê Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Shêto-lênê Fêqê is buildings are arranged within a network of restrictive paverstone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. The exceptionaly well made fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Something in your gut tells you that you may be unwelcome in Shêto-lênê Fêqê. The town seems like it’s not showing you the side of itself it would show to others. People mostly ignore your questions. Many folks ask you to leave their establishments, even before you’ve walked inside them. You should probably listen to them, as every time you’re asked to leave the person asking you to leave has referenced the town’s patron divine in some way. The little voice in the back of your mind that tells you when you’re in danger feels like it’s just glaring at you and muttering about how stupid you are for even remaining in town.

Cultural Notes
Shêto-lênê Fêqê has a long tradition of martial expertise. This may be a crisply-organized history of skilled native levies, or it may be a natural belligerence in the people that leaves them familiar with bloodshed. While their neighbors and liege doubtless respect their talents, this very aptitude might make them more willing to turn to steel than prudence would advise.
Shêto-lênê Fêqê's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town.
